Being a call center agent requires patience and perseverance. Patience because we need to understand and prioritize our customers who often times say profane words against us. Perseverance because we need to work under pressure with efficiency on our tasks. We need to work even we are against our biological body clock. We cant afford to be late because it is against our pay check at the end of the month. Yet, despite the stress and pressures we get from work we still manage to smile and have fun. #funatwork
