MOSTLY A's: You look a few years younger than your age. You can also look younger by being more relaxed. Pick up a hobby or start to dance. Stop trying to control yourself. For example, those that drink alcohol regularly, live much longer than those that drink too much.

MOSTLY B's: You're doing everything you can to protect your age, this is great news. Yet, you need to increase your intake of antioxidants. For example, instead of drinking a vodka tonic, drink half a glass of red wine. Try to eat dried plums every morning for a week straight. If you're a smoker, consume fruits rich in vitamin C, because it is especially important for those that smoke.

MOSTLY C's: You need to put in more effort to look younger. Drink at least two liters of water a day. You will notice the difference in your skin within just a few days. Make exercise a part of your life and don't ever let it go. Be positive and always think good thoughts.

MOSTLY D's: To look young, you need to take immediate action. Don't ever skip breakfast. Eating whole grains with dried fruits and nuts will help increase your metabolism. Cut out caffeine; coffee increases aging. Substitute it with green tea. Intake plenty of nutrients containing vitamins A, C and E. At least twice a week, run or take a walk for 30 minutes.

MOSTLY E's: Could you look 40, instead of 30, years old? Irregularity in your nutrition and little water consumption, smoking and sun indulgence may have made your teeth yellow and your skin sag. You should change your lifestyle, as you have an increased risk of heart attack. If you quit smoking now, you will begin to see the change in your body within two weeks.
