Ingredients (serves 6 people)

  • 1 C Cake flour
  • 3/4 C White sugar
  • 1 t Baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3 egg separate yolks and whites
  • 1/4 C veg.oil
  • 1/4 C water
  • 2 T vanilla
  • 1/4 t cream of tartar
  • 5 T white sugar
  • Cheese

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients

2. Mix and whisk water,vanilla,yolks and oil.then add to dry ingredients.mix til incorporated

3. Beat egg whites w cream of tartar til stiff peak.add white sugar gradually

4. Gently fold egg whites to batter mixture.

5. Bake 30-35mins or til toothpick comes out clean

6. Top w grated cheese
