  • Chicken breast fillet
  • Ham
  • cheese
  • butter
  • paprika
  • flour
  • egg
  • bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Flatten the chicken fillet.


  2. brush melted butter on the flattened chicken fillet.


  3. season with paprika and spread evenly.


  4. put the ham over the chicken fillet.


  5. put cheese over ham and chicken fillet.


  6. roll them over and secure with toothpick.


  7. brush some melted butter on the rolled chicken cordon bleu.


  8. cover with flour.


  9. dip in the bitten egg.


  10. cover with bread crumbs.


  11. deep fry or bake.
