Melt the chocolate slowly over low heat in a fondue pot or a bain-marie. You can achieve the same result by placing a glass or metal bowl in a saucepan with a bit of slow-boiling water. The bowl should not touch the water. As the chocolate melts, slowly add the cream and stir well.;
Cut the ribbon into lengths of approximately 10cm. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Now for the fun bit: skewer the fruit and popcorn onto the sticks, taking care to alternate colours and textures. Finish each kebab off by tying a ribbon in a bow to the blunt end of each stick. Carefully fill the cups or pots with chocolate. Now let the love games begin!
