Make your own chocolate love pots

Make Valentine's Day a little bit sweeter with this special chocolate fondue!

Melt the chocolate slowly over low heat in a fondue pot or a bain-marie. You can achieve the same result by placing a glass or metal bowl in a saucepan with a bit of slow-boiling water. The bowl should not touch the water. As the chocolate melts, slowly add the cream and stir well.;

Cut the ribbon into lengths of approximately 10cm. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Now for the fun bit: skewer the fruit and popcorn onto the sticks, taking care to alternate colours and textures. Finish each kebab off by tying a ribbon in a bow to the blunt end of each stick. Carefully fill the cups or pots with chocolate. Now let the love games begin!

Individual chocolate pots are decadent yet healthy, impressive despite being easy, gorgeous and fun. Have we mentioned delicious? But as you dip, watch the drip. Feeding each other can be very romantic, provided you don't drizzle chocolate all over your loved one´s clothing.
