I feel quite disappointed with my experience. I'm not sure if I'm just an isolated case, but my sample was never delivered to my delivery address. I was able to avail of the Whisper sample for about 2 or 3 months ago, unfortunately, it hasn't arrived as of date. Aside from this, there is no number nor email address that you could contact for such concerns. I really had high hopes that my transaction would be a no-hassle one, but unfortunately, I was wrong. Not really a good experience for my supposedly first sampling experience... :(
